On December 17th, construction "officially" started however, our lot was not graded and excavated until December 19th. To our joy, we found a few days later (December 21st) that our concrete footer/foundation had been poured and water proofed shortly after. As you probably know by now (from our floor plan) our foundation is a full basement. Its really hard to explain the excitement you feel when you see your very first home starting to be built.
